Return and Exchange Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Defective/Wrong Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a reverse pickup and cover the shipping charges.

Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, simply fill out the form below, and we’ll assist you promptly. Please note, we currently do not offer reverse pickups for size exchanges, so you will need to ship the product back to us within 7 days, along with the original bill receipt.

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your pin code is outside our courier partner’s serviceable area, you’ll need to self-ship the product. For defective or wrong items, shipping costs up to ₹100 will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Request: You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at support@klemens.in with your order ID. Once approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 2-3 working days.

Prepaid Orders: A coupon code equivalent to the order value will be sent to your registered email or contact number within 48 hours after we receive the product(s) at our warehouse and complete the Quality Check.

COD Orders: Similarly, a coupon code for the order value will be issued within 48 hours after the product(s) reach the warehouse and pass the Quality Check.
Wrong/Damaged Product:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please send us an unboxing video within 5 days of delivery showing:

Color Variation: The color of the product(s) may vary due to different screen resolutions.

WhatsApp Updates: Provide your WhatsApp-registered number for timely updates and a smoother shopping experience.

Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for undergarments.

Damaged/Incorrect/Empty Parcels: If you receive a torn parcel, unrelated product(s), or an empty parcel, please raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a smoother process, we recommend recording an unboxing video of the parcel.
