Return and exchange policy

The return or exchange can only be facilitated within 7 days after the day your order is delivered.

In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us on

Size exchange:

In case the size you chose does not fit well and you need a size smaller or bigger just contact us by filing the form below for us to  immediately assist you.

We do not have a reverse pick-up facility yet so you will need to courier the product back to us within 7 days of receiving the product along with the original bill receipt.

If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges upto ₹100 are 100% refundable if customer receives defective/wrong product(s).

  • How can I send the product back?
    You can send it via any courier service or registered post. However, we recommend that you use “ Speed Post” over other courier companies as it is a government-owned entity that operates India’s largest postal network and it is totally reliable

  • Can Klemens arrange for a pick up from my address?
    No, we do not have a pickup facility at the moment.
  • How much do you reimburse for the courier charges?
    Please choose a cost-effective courier service. We reimburse a maximum of Rs. 100/- in the form of a coupon for couriering the product back to us which can be used for the next purchase.
  • By when can I expect the new size to be delivered?
    We will process the shipment of your new product after receiving the returned product. Please allow us upto 7 days to ship the new size back to you
  • Note
    • Only one exchange request per order is applicable.
    • Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all Tags & Labels and original packing.

Cancellation

 The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 2 hours of placing the order. You can mail us at support@klemens.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 2-3 working days.

Refund

Prepaid orders: A coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 hours after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s).

For COD orders:: A coupon code of the ordered value will be sent to your registered email address/contact number within 48 hours after receiving your order at the warehouse and Quality Check of the product(s).

Wrong/damaged product:

In case you receive incorrect or damaged product please send us an unboxing video (within 5 days of delivery) which clearly shows:
  1. The Courier Package label
  2. The neck label of the product
  3. Incorrect product/Damage area

Things To Consider

  • The customers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
  • The color of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
  • Due to hygiene concerns of our customers, we do not accept return/refund or perform an exchange for Undergarments.
  • If the customer receives a torn parcel/unrelated product(s)/empty parcel, they are requested to raise a query within 48 hours of delivery. For a safer side, we suggest our customers to create an unboxing video of the parcel too.
